Terms of Service

These terms describe the scope of VPNMJ’s cross-border network acceleration subscription service and the rules for accounts, billing, compliant use, and refunds. Before using the service, review the information shown on the plans page and these terms. Plan data allowances and validity are determined by the subscription details in the user panel.
Service Scope
VPNMJ provides network acceleration for cross-border access and access to international websites, with coverage in 100+ countries and 180+ routes. Clients support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes are listed in the client; route names, connection methods, and available regions may change with network conditions.
This service provides network connectivity and does not replace an account, payment eligibility, or usage license required by a destination website or app. Regional rules, content catalogs, and access policies for destination services are set by their operators. Before choosing a route, check the applicable regions for the destination service and your own needs.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to register; a username and password are all that is needed. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription and usage activity on their account. Accounts are for individual use only. Subscription resale, sharing login credentials, or providing shared access to others through the same account is not permitted.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, but accounts remain for individual use only. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; data remains available until used and never expires. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check your selection in the user panel before submitting an order.
Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located, as well as the rules of any website or app they access. The service must not be used for illegal activities, to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the network or other users’ normal use. Users are responsible for determining whether the content they intend to access and their related activities comply with applicable requirements, and are accountable for their own conduct.
If an account is found to be used in violation of these requirements, VPNMJ may restrict the relevant connections or take action on the account, depending on the circumstances. If you have questions about the usage rules, check the applicable laws and destination service’s rules before continuing.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality may be affected by the user’s local network, access region, destination service status, and route maintenance, among other factors. VPNMJ may adjust connection configurations to maintain routes, fix faults, or adapt to network changes; some routes may be temporarily unavailable during these adjustments. Users can try another available route in the client and submit a support ticket through the user panel with details of the issue.
This service cannot guarantee that destination content will always be available when access issues result from the user’s device, local network, the destination service’s own rules, or other factors outside VPNMJ’s control. Subscription billing and refund matters are handled under these terms and the subscription details displayed at purchase.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If an account is resold, used for shared access or illegal activity, or repeatedly interferes with service operation, VPNMJ may restrict connections, suspend use, or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances. Any action will take verifiable account activity into consideration. If users believe an action was taken in error, they may explain the issue through a support ticket in the user panel.
Users may stop using the service and choose not to renew a subscription. Stopping use does not automatically cancel an order that has already been submitted; refund requests for existing orders remain subject to the rules in the following section. Check subscription and order status in the user panel before stopping use.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To apply, submit the relevant order details through the support ticket option in the user panel so they can be verified and processed. Refund terms are separate from the monthly subscription data reset and the rule that data packages never expire; review the relevant details when choosing a plan.
VPNMJ may update these terms in response to service configuration changes or applicable requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision. Review the terms posted at the time before continuing to use the service. If you disagree with an update, you may stop using the service and submit a qualifying request under the refund terms above.
